I interrupt this regularly scheduled blogging with a festive look for the upcoming holiday!I used two coats of Milani’s Modern Rogue & Sally Hansen’s Dark Huemoor to achieve this look. I cut strips of Scotch tape to section off the space for the stripes, which I filled in with Essie’s No Place Like Chrome. (Steady hand? You can skip this step!) This was extremely helpful, as painting with my left-hand looks akin to the job my two-year goddaughter might do. I used a nail stencil to make the tiny star, although it could be free-handed by someone with more skill.
Note: Sally Hansen dries fairly quickly, whereas Milani’s polish takes a bit longer. If you’re impatient like me, make sure you have a good TV show to keep you occupied.
